Profile
Prof. Christian Voirol is an engineer, occupational psychologist, and ergonomist. Holding both Swiss and Canadian nationalities, he has been actively involved in organizational interventions for over 20 years.

Research Focus
His work primarily explores the influence of psychosocial factors on the health of workers and organizations, aiming to enhance workplace well-being and performance.
