Justine Dima is an associate professor at the HEIG-VD, HES-SO. She works internationally as a human resources consultant, with particular expertise in digitalization and occupational health.

She disseminates her research findings through:

Conferences: Both scientific and organizational.

She is also the creator and head of the CAS in HR Digitalization, a continuing education program offered at HEIG-VD.
