Dr. Salima Hamouche, SHRM-SCP

➡ Dr. Salima Hamouche is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and an Assistant Professor at the University of Sharjah, UAE. She is also a corporate trainer and HR consultant, specializing in human resource management, employee well-being, and organizational behavior.

➡ Dr. Hamouche earned her PhD from the University of Montreal and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, Canada. She has a strong academic background and practical expertise in HR management and employee mental health, combining both research and industry experience.

➡ In addition to her academic career, she has held various HR leadership roles, including HR consultant, HR manager, and HR director, within small businesses and multinational corporations. She has also served for several years on boards of directors in Canada, holding positions as administrator and vice president.

➡ Her research interests include HR management, organizational behavior, employee well-being, and corporate happiness. She has made significant contributions to these fields through numerous publications and initiatives focused on workplace mental health.

➡ Dr. Hamouche is an Associate Editor of Employee Relations (Emerald) and a fellow of OSMET (Observatoire sur la santé et le mieux-être au travail, University of Montreal) and the SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
